Two Little Words

Julia was apparently worried earlier today that Mark might be hungry. She told him a few times to go to the kitchen and eat bacon. He told her a few times that he was fine and not hungry right then. Getting a little annoyed she says, "Oh...come on! Just two little words... Bacon!"

Elephant Hat

We found an elephant hat at the craft store today. Julia loves it!

Stitches Update

Julia is looking much better now that her stitches are out. No more bruising and it is healing wonderfully. She has been drawing stitches on the characters she draws and has been pretending that her "stuffies" have stitches as well. VERY cute!

She's happy at least...

Julia isn't doing too bad today. Her eye was really swollen when she woke up this morning but it went down a little after she had been up for a little while. It doesn't seem to bother her too much unless she sees it in the mirror. Which is why we have it covered up with a band-aid. She is incredibly happy, though. She hasn't told us even once that it hurts. She'll get her stitches out next Monday and I'm sure the worst of the bruising is yet to come. (The balloons she got have little band-aids on their heads. Perfect!)

Lights in the Park

Julia loves the lights in the park and we have been to see them a few times this year. After we go through they take donations but you get a handful of candy canes in return! Some of the pictures aren't that great because it was (obviously) dark and we were (obviously) moving. There were so many more lights than the ones I took pictures of but I couldn't take pictures of them all. Julia's favorites were the two dinosaurs and the Knight fighting the dragon.
